Millennials to dominate legal profession by 2020

Millennials will soon outnumber the Boomer generation in the legal profession. Millennials (the generation that attained early adulthood after the year 2000) will make up 50% of the workforce by 2020. A report into the legal market commissioned by LOD and conducted by Jordan Furlong states that ‘Millennial lawyers are going to rewrite the DNA of law firms’.
