A new partner for the firm's insolvency team

Radford Goodman has joined Mishcon de Reya’s insolvency team as a partner in its London office.

Radford has significant experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, with a focus on contentious insolvency, enforcement of security, banking and finance, directors’ duties, civil fraud and international asset recovery.

Primarily, he represents insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, businesses and corporate directors. Radford has extensive experience in both High Court litigation and international arbitration, and he frequently works in tandem with local counsel on high-value cross-border mandates.

Radford joins the firm from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a partner in the commercial disputes team.
