Morgan Lewis—Christian Tuddenham

Litigation partner joins disputes team in London

Morgan Lewis has appointed litigation partner Christian Tuddenham, who joins the firm’s London office from Jenner & Block. Tuddenham represents financial institutions and corporations worldwide in complex, high-value commercial disputes, with a focus on civil fraud and multijurisdictional litigation involving the Middle East, India, Pakistan, and offshore jurisdictions.

Firm chair Jami McKeon said Tuddenham’s arrival ‘significantly broadens our litigation capabilities in London while enhancing the support we provide to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia’. She added that his experience with financial institutions and family office clients ‘complements our existing strengths across disputes and transactional practices’.

Litigation practice leader Troy Brown described Tuddenham as ‘a strategic and highly regarded litigator whose experience spans financial services disputes, civil fraud, and multijurisdictional litigation’. Brown noted that colleagues who have worked with him ‘know firsthand his sharp legal insight and collaborative style’.

London managing partner Nick Bolter said the appointment ‘reflects both the continued bolstering of our office and the increasing sophistication of client needs’. Tuddenham’s arrival follows a series of London hires over the past year, including tax partner Andrew Callaghan, IP partner Tim Powell, and M&A partner Luciana Griebel.
