Morgan Lewis—Hiroshi Sheraton & Luciana Griebel

Two new life sciences partners in London

Morgan Lewis has welcomed as partners in London Hiroshi Sheraton and Luciana Griebel, two lawyers focused on the life sciences industry.

A veteran intellectual property (IP) litigator, Hiroshi has joined from from Baker McKenzie, and Luciana, a transactional lawyer, joins from Covington & Burling. Both will continue to assist companies in the life sciences sector on high-stakes IP, patent and brand matters, and with global acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, and strategic investments, respectively.

Firm chair Jami McKeon said: ‘As innovation continues apace in the life sciences sector, our clients count on us to assert or defend patent cases in global markets and assess and mitigate transactional risk as they pursue strategic acquisitions and partnerships in the industry.

‘Hiroshi and Luciana each bring a background and targeted skillset to help global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies protect their products and brands and achieve their growth objectives.’
