Morr & Co—20 promotions

Firm announces double-digit promotions, including two new partners

Morr & Co has made 20 promotions across its Surrey, Hampshire and London offices, including the appointments of Francesca Wild and Laura Robson to partner roles. Wild has been promoted in the employment department, while Robson becomes a partner in residential property.

Wild joined the firm as a senior associate in 2018 and advises employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including restructures, tribunal claims and senior exits. Robson, who now leads the firm’s Guildford office, specialises in high-value and prime residential property transactions.

Catherine Fisher, managing partner at Morr & Co, said the promotions reflected the ‘real talent, commitment and ambition’ shown by staff across the business. She added: ‘We remain committed to investing in our people, technology and processes, while continuing to nurture home-grown talent.’

Commenting on her promotion, Wild said: ‘I’m really excited to be joining the partnership of such a fantastic firm with such a fun and collaborative group of people.’ Robson added: ‘Morr & Co is a very supportive firm. They are keen for people to progress and provide the right tools.’
