Firm announces trio of new partners
Offshore firm Mourant Ozannes has promoted three of its lawyers to partner, increasing its total partnership size to 60.
Two of the three promotions took place in the firm’s Jersey office. Stephen Alexander is one of the two names joining the partnership in Jersey; he handles commercial litigation and arbitration, trust issues, and insolvency, and is qualified to practise in England and Wales, Jersey, and the Cayman Islands. The second new partner is Carla Benest who specialises in employment advice and disputes, including Royal Court proceedings and employment issues caused by business reorganisation or relocation.
The third name in the trio of new partners is Chinyin Johnston, who will sit in the London office. She specialises in corporate finance, and offers a wide range of experience across all manner of business transactions.
