Star move 360 Legal

Stephen Allen has been appointed to the new role of commercial director for The 360 Legal Group. The organisation, established in 2003, provides management, strategy and marketing services to lawyers and has over 600 law firm members.

Stephen will play a significant role in consolidating and building The 360 Legal Group's consultancy client base as well as developing new business opportunities and strategies for both the Group and its members.

A former chief executive of 7 Bedford Row chambers in London, Stephen last year co-founded Clarity Legal Group, an innovative facilitation organisation made up of three divisions specialising in legal services—acquisitions and mergers and supporting small and medium-sized law firms to re-structure, save costs and gain more work; insurance and outsourced professional support for the Bar.

Following a recent decision to concentrate on each area of the business as a separate entity, Stephen will now continue to work with and grow the legal client base as part of his work with The 360 Legal Group.

“There has never been a more important time for small and medium-sized law firms to build their services, develop niche markets and re-structure for change”, says Stephen. “In my opinion, The 360 Legal Group is the largest and most respected provider of professional services to law firms and best positioned to serve these needs. It seems a natural yet exciting step to work together and I greatly look forward to consolidating that position and introducing new initiatives to support and grow the business.”
