Myers & Co—Kerry Boyle

Staffordshire firm appoints head of commercial property

Myers & Co has appointed Kerry Boyle as head of commercial property to lead the growth of the team. Boyle joins the Stoke-based practice from Beeston Shenton Solicitors, having previously spent more than 20 years at Tinsdills Solicitors.

Boyle brings over 23 years’ experience in commercial property law and has held a range of senior roles including director, head of department and branch manager. Her practice covers landlord and tenant matters, development agreements, sales and purchases, portfolio work and auction transactions, and she will focus on both developing the team and expanding the firm’s client base.

Tim Newsome, managing director at Myers & Co, said Boyle ‘clearly cares about her clients’ and is ‘enthusiastic about supporting and developing junior talent’, adding that she brings ‘vast experience, great technical expertise and strong leadership skills’ to the role. He said the firm is ‘extremely pleased to welcome her’ and looks forward to seeing her ‘take the department forward’.

Boyle said her values and those of Myers & Co are ‘closely aligned’, with a shared focus on clients and team development. She added that she is ‘extremely excited to be part of a firm that promotes career development through first-class training’ and is ‘eagerly looking forward to what is to come, and what we can achieve together’.
