Acas provides social networking advice
Acas has published a guide to help employers, staff and trade unions manage the impact of the internet, blogs and social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. It recommends that employers consult with staff and trade unions to draw up a list of what is acceptable and what is not, and that they make clear the consequences of breaching this policy.
