Portal regime to be shaken up from 31 July
Claimant injury lawyers will need to get to grips with a new fixed costs regime for employers’ and public liability cases and road traffic accident claims worth up to £25,000, as of the end of this month. The new regime will apply where claim notifications forms are sent on or after 31 July, and claims will go through a portal.
