New litigation funder

A new third party litigation funder, Vannin Capital, has launched, with “significant” backing by Isle of Man-based private equity firm, Bramden Investments.

Vannin is funding five UK cases, an international arbitration and a US claim, and boasts a five-day turnaround on some of its funding decisions. Its team includes William Evans, a barrister at Ely Place Chambers.
