Firm strengthens key teams with associate promotions
Payne Hicks Beach has announced two promotions within its family and private client departments. Nick Manners and Caroline Ferrigan have been made associates within the firm’s family and private client departments respectively.
Having completed his training contract with Payne Hicks Beach, Nick joined the firm’s family department in 2010. He advises on all areas of family law, from the financial consequences of divorce and pre-nuptial agreements, to cohabitation agreements and matters relating to the custody of children. Nick is instructed on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with one of his most notable cases being Ciccone v Ritchie.
Within the private client department, Caroline has been promoted to associate having joined the firm in 2016. Caroline advises on a breadth of private client matters, including trusts, wills and estate planning, personal tax and planning for non-domiciled individuals. Caroline is a member of STEP.
Alastair Murdie, senior partner, comments: ‘These promotions reflect the calibre of expertise on offer within our distinguished family and private client departments and our dedication to nurturing the talent within the firm. Nick and Caroline’s promotions are very much deserved and recognise their continued commitment to their clients and the firm.’
