Beachcroft LLP has announced a bumper crop of new partners and associates. The nine partners are; Tom Baker: dispute resolution–injury risk, Bristol;  Emma Bate: commercial services, London;  Claire Bushen: dispute resolution–professional risk, Manchester; Ian Cooper: dispute resolution–clinical & healthcare risk, Leeds;  John Dunlop: corporate services, London; Katy Horner: employment & pensions, Bristol; Robert McGough: commercial services, Leeds; Peter Merchant: dispute resolution–clinical & healthcare risk, Leeds; Will Potts: dispute resolution–injury risk, Leeds.

Sixteen new associates were also appointed. Paul Murray, managing partner, says: "We have not been immune to some of the effects of the current downturn but we always have a strong desire to keep Beachcroft people in Beachcroft.”
