Trio of new appointments boosts personal injury law firm
Novum Law has appointed three new solicitors bringing the total number of new appointments in 2016 to nine lawyers.
Hannah Carr joins from Chippenham-based Goughs Solicitors, where she gained a decade of experience representing personal injury claimants and was head of personal injury and medical negligence.
Another new arrival is Declan French, a newly qualified solicitor who joins the Swindon office. Declan completed his training at Nalders Solicitors in St. Austell where he gained experience in personal injury and clinical negligence working both as a paralegal and trainee solicitor.
Also joining the firm is Alison Sayers, who has started working at Novum Law’s Southampton office which specialises in helping people affected by asbestos-related diseases. Alison undertook her training to become a solicitor at Southampton law firm Pitmans where she completed a seat in personal injury earlier this year. She previously worked as a legal assistant at Lamport Bassitt in Southampton.
Chief executive of Novum Law, Thomas Sheppard, said: “As a business we are passionate about giving our clients a personal bespoke, solicitor-led service. Our reputation depends on the strength of our lawyers - their professionalism, breadth of knowledge, expertise, empathy and meticulous attention to client service. I’m confident our newest recruits will play a significant role in our continued expansion while building a highly rewarding career for themselves.” “This has been a busy year for us and we will continue to look for talented lawyers to join us and help us look after our clients; we currently still have a number of vacancies across our offices.”
