Experienced litigator joins offshore firm in Jersey

Offshore firm Ogier has recruited senior litigator Rebecca McNulty to its dispute resolution team in Jersey as a managing associate.

Previously a senior litigation associate in Jersey firm Bedell Cristin, Rebecca has 15 years of experience in commercial litigation. Her areas of expertise include contentious trusts work, regulatory issues, property disputes and insurance litigation, including personal injury and professional indemnity claims. She is qualified to practise in the jurisdictions of both Jersey and England and Wales.

Partner and head of the dispute resolution team Nick Williams said: ‘Rebecca is a welcome addition to the team, bringing with her many years of experience and a very strong reputation across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, particularly insurance-related disputes. We are very pleased to have her on board—her client-focused and responsive approach fits perfectly with the Ogier way of doing things.’
