Forum for Court of Protection deputies

An online forum for Court of Protection deputies has been launched by Bedson and Chard, a firm of law cost draftsmen in Basingstoke. The firm believes it is the only one of its kind. It has been designed to enable deputies to exchange views, ask questions and post answers to common problems encountered in the running of protected parties’ deputyships. It can be viewed at www.bedsonandchard.com/forum. The firm intends to develop forums on other specialities.
