Cheema v Jones and others [2017] EWCA Civ 1706, [2017] All ER (D) 42 (Nov)

The declaration granted by the judge to the effect that a partnership at will existed between the appellant and respondents doctors had superseded the partnership between the appellant and the first respondent had been correct in law. The Court of Appeal Civil Division dismissed the appellant's appeal seeking to incorporate the terms of the previous partnership agreement.
