Payne Hicks Beach—Craig Parrett

Insolvency and restructuring practice welcomes new partner

Payne Hicks Beach has appointed Craig Parrett as a partner in its insolvency and restructuring team. Bringing over 16 years of specialist experience, Parrett advises on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters across the corporate and personal spectrum. His clients include office holders, creditors, directors and bankrupts, as well as a broad range of other stakeholders.

A seasoned advocate, Parrett frequently appears before district judges and insolvency and companies court judges. He is also a published author, having contributed to Tolley’s Insolvency, where he recently completed an extensive update to the chapter on debtors’ bankruptcy applications.

Chairman Robert Brodrick said the firm was ‘pleased to welcome Craig Parrett to the partnership’, noting that his arrival ‘further strengthens our commercial litigation offering’. He added that as the client base continues to grow and face more complex, cross-border issues, Parrett’s expertise ‘enhances our ability to deliver a comprehensive, full-service solution to both corporate and private clients’.
