Pemberton Greenish—Ajoy Bose-Mallick

Firm strengthens real estate finance offering with new partner

London firm Pemberton Greenish LLP has announced that Ajoy Bose-Mallick will be joining the firm as real estate finance partner from 1 February 2018.

Before joining Pemberton Greenish, Ajoy was the joint head of real estate finance at Maples Teesdale, and has also previously worked at Hogan Lovells and Irwin Mitchell. He offers a wealth of experience in real estate transactions, including project finance, lending for commercial and residential properties, and international real estate financings.

Pemberton Greenish’s head of commercial real estate, Jason Tann, said: ‘We are excited to welcome Ajoy Bose-Mallick to Pemberton Greenish to spearhead our real estate finance offering.
