PwC hires new financial services regulatory director
Big Four firm PwC has brought a new name on board with the hire of Marco Boldini, who will join as a director in the firm’s financial services regulatory practice.
Marco is moving to PwC from asset management firm EFT Securities, where he previously acted as European Regulatory Director. Commenting on his new move, Marco stated: ‘I am excited to join PwC to lead the legal asset management team and to build a truly distinctive multi-disciplinary offering in the market. I’m excited to be able to combine my industry expertise with my legal advisory experience to advise our asset management clients on regulatory matters.’
PwC’s head of legal services, Ed Stacey, added: ‘We are delighted to have Marco joining our growing legal practice. As we see the impact of regulation continue and Brexit negotiations gather momentum, his expertise will help us further develop our financial services practice and support for clients in the asset management sector.’
Marco’s hire reflects a continuing period of change at the firm, with the aforementioned Stacey having recently taken on his role of head of legal services in October 2017, and Claire Hirst being appointed as director of the firm's New Law legal practice in August.
