Ramsdens Solicitors—four appointments

Yorkshire firm invests in future with four newly qualified solicitors

Ramsdens Solicitors has welcomed four newly qualified solicitors into permanent roles, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing legal talent across Yorkshire. Katie Bonnard and Niamh Docherty join the family department, while Alex Tattersall and Courtney Moore take up positions in dispute resolution.

The appointments follow the successful completion of the firm’s training contracts, which offer hands-on experience through both traditional and graduate apprenticeship routes. ‘We are incredibly proud of our trainee programme,’ said Lindsey Frith, joint CEO. ‘Each of these newly qualified solicitors will bring a positive and valuable contribution to the firm.’

Niamh Docherty, now a solicitor in the family law team, said: ‘The knowledge and experience I have gained so far at Ramsdens has been invaluable. I’m really looking forward to continuing to learn from the very best in Yorkshire.’

Looking ahead, nine new trainees will begin their contracts in September, with Ramsdens continuing to offer both two-year traditional training and the 30-month graduate apprenticeship scheme. Partner and training principal Natalie Lang said: ‘We’re always looking to recruit new talent that we can nurture and develop. Our training programmes are key to our commitment to bringing the very best legal advice and support across all our locations in Yorkshire.’
