High Wycombe firm boosts commercial property practice
Kalbir Gill, commercial property solicitor, has joined High Wycombe firm Reynolds Parry Jones. She was previously at a firm in Gerrards Cross, where she acted for high net worth clients.
Kalbir’s practice comprises a range of commercial property matters, including new leases and assignments (for landlord and tenant clients) and the sale or purchase of freehold and leasehold property.
She is experienced in negotiating documents such as deeds of surrender, deeds of variation, authorised guarantee agreements, deeds of covenant, licences, rent deposit deeds, loan agreements and s 106 agreements.
