Firm announces multiple new hires
Rosenblatt Solicitors has announced a series of key appointments.
Stuart Nash joins as partner and head of construction from Edwin Coe where he practiced both UK and US contentious and non-contentious construction litigation, making him one of very few US/UK qualified construction lawyers in London.
The construction department is further strengthened with the appointment of Elizabeth Weeks from Winkworth Sherwood as senior associate. Elizabeth brings a proven track record in both contentious and non-contentious construction work.
Rosenblatt is also investing in its dispute resolution team. Adrian Taylor joins from Locke Lord LLP, where he worked across both the London and Hong Kong offices as a key expert in international arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Donna Goldsworthy joins as litigation partner from Irwin Mitchell, where she led the commercial litigation team. Donna has particular expertise in F1 and Formula E sports, along with extensive experience across financial services and construction.
Noel Deans, a former practising barrister, bolsters Rosenblatt’s employment practice as a partner. Noel joins from Bivonas, and previously was partner in two leading international law firms and was head of employment, pensions and incentives in the London office of K&L Gates LLP.
Paul Bagon joins as a senior insolvency and restructuring associate from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Prior to this, Paul worked at Ashurst for over five years.
In addition, John Aynsley has been promoted to head of real estate, as part of the company’s planned growth strategy. John joined the firm in January 2014, having previously worked at Allen & Overy LLP and Speechly Bircham LLP.
Nicola Foulston, chief executive officer, said: ‘Following a planned strategic review, we have identified the sectors that offer the greatest opportunity for sustained revenue growth, and we are investing to grow our capabilities in these sectors. These appointments will strengthen our existing practice, and position us well to capitalise on these growth markets. We continue to invest in the best and brightest individuals to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of our clients.’
