City firm bulks up its construction and dispute resolution teams

City law firm Rosenblatt Solicitors has appointed a construction partner and senior associate, a dispute resolution partner, a litigation partner, an employment partner and a senior insolvency and restructuring associate.

Stuart Nash joins Rosenblatt as partner and head of construction. Stuart previously practiced both UK and US contentious and non-contentious construction litigation at Edwin Coe. Elizabeth Weeks joins the firm’s construction department as senior associate, from Winkworth Sherwood. Adrian Taylor, a specialist in international arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution, joins Rosenblatt as a dispute resolution partner from Locke Lord, where he worked in the London and Hong Kong offices.

Taylor has experience in construction disputes, insolvency and business crime. Donna Goldsworthy joins the firm as a litigation partner from Irwin Mitchell, where she led the commercial litigation team.

Donna’s experience includes work in F1 and Formula E sports, financial services and construction. Noel Deans, formerly a practising barrister, joins as an employment partner from Bivonas.

Noel was previously partner in two international law firms and head of employment, pensions and incentives in the London office of K&L Gates.

Paul Bagon joins as a senior insolvency and restructuring associate from Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Rosenblatt has also promoted John Aynsley to head of real estate.

Nicola Foulston, Chief Executive Officer at Rosenblatt, said: ‘Following a planned strategic review, we have identified the sectors that offer the greatest opportunity for sustained revenue growth, and we are investing to grow our capabilities in these sectors.’
