RSM UK—Caroline Le Jeune

Firm appoints private client tax partner

Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Caroline Le Jeune as private client tax partner, based in London.

Caroline is a highly experienced private client partner and chartered tax advisor, having spent over 25 years’ working in personal, inheritance and trust tax. She specialises in advising families with complex financial affairs, in the UK and offshore, and will be a key member of the team responsible for servicing and developing RSM’s ultra-high-net-worth client base.

Caroline was previously head of private client tax at Blick Rothenberg, overseeing significant growth of its tax team. Prior to this, she was a partner at BDO and has also held roles at Big Four firms. Caroline began her career as a solicitor (now non-practising) and draws on her legal knowledge alongside her extensive tax expertise to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Caroline said: ‘I am looking forward to supporting the growth of the high-net-worth team at RSM, working with trusted and forward-thinking experts, and advising a range of exciting and challenging clients to ensure they get the most tax-efficient and practical solutions for their families.’

Gary Heynes, head of private client services, said: ‘Caroline is a highly regarded private client specialist and brings a huge wealth of knowledge and experience to RSM. I’m very much looking forward to her joining the team as we continue to grow our offering to individuals and families with the most complex financial affairs.

‘Her great strength is in getting to know clients on a very personal level to ensure she finds the best answer possible to meet their often exceptionally challenging needs.’
