Firm boosts restructuring practice with key hire
Linklaters has hired Sarah Mook as a partner in the firm’s restructuring team. Sarah joins from Goldman Sachs where she was a managing director based in London, having spent 12 years in the EMEA restructuring team. Her areas of expertise include special situations and company side advisory, financing, equity, distressed M&A and capital structure solutions. Prior to her time at Goldman Sachs, Sarah spent 14 years working as a lawyer in private practice.

Sarah will join the firm at the end of June.
