Leading full-service law firm Shakespeare Martineau has
welcomed immigration specialist Natallie Jones to its Bristol office.
Natallie has joined Shakespeare Martineau as a
chartered legal executive from Knights, where she handled various types of visa
applications, including skilled worker, indefinite leave to remain and British
citizenship, as well as sponsor licence applications.
With more than a decade of legal experience, her
recent work has included managing large-scale visa projects, supporting clients
through mock Home Office audits, conducting training sessions, and advising on
sponsor compliance and right to work.
In her new role, Natallie will be supporting the
firm’s national immigration offering, advising both businesses and individuals
on a range of matters.
Natallie said: 'I was drawn to Shakespeare Martineau
not only because of its reputation in the industry, but also through the strong
recommendations from friends who work or have worked here. From my very first
conversation with the team, it was clear this is a firm that truly supports its
people, both professionally and personally.
'As a parent to a young child, having the flexibility
to manage my time through empowered working is invaluable. It means I can be
present for my daughter while continuing to grow my legal career in a
meaningful way.
'I’m looking forward to deepening my expertise,
contributing to a team that values collaboration and client service, and
developing within an environment that challenges and supports in equal measure.
What I enjoy most about immigration law is that no two cases are ever the same,
which constantly pushes you to stay sharp, think creatively and find tailored
solutions.'
Calum Hanrahan, legal director who leads
Shakespeare Martineau’s business immigration team, said: 'We’re thrilled to
welcome Natallie to the firm. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a
client-focused approach that aligns perfectly with our values.
'Her hands-on knowledge of sponsor licence processes, compliance and practical training will be a great asset to our clients and our growing team. I’m particularly pleased that Natallie shares our commitment to flexibility and career progression, and I look forward to seeing her thrive here at Shakespeare Martineau.'
