Firm bolsters its public law credentials with two new hires
Specialised public law firm Sharpe Pritchard has announced two new hires, Bhavini Nakeshree and Richard Small.
Bhavini (pictured) has joined as an associate solicitor in the projects team, with her areas of expertise including corporate governance and procurement. She said of her recent appointment: ‘Sharpe Pritchard has a strong reputation for providing legal advice to the public sector and others. I am already enjoying the opportunity to use my skills developed in a general commercial law setting to add value for our clients in the public sector.’
Richard Small specialises in general property law, including commercial property acquisitions and landlord and tenant cases. He is qualified to practise in New Zealand, and previously worked at a firm based in Wellington. He said: ‘I am pleased to be able to bring a distinctive perspective from my career in New Zealand to Sharpe Pritchard. The firm is well-known for its commercial property offering and I am looking forward to delivering the excellent level of service that our clients are used to.’
