Slater Heelis—Anthony Le

Associate partner joins commercial litigation team

Manchester-based law firm Slater Heelis has appointed Anthony Le as an associate partner in its commercial litigation team.

Anthony (pictured, left) has broad legal experience having previously worked in regulatory law and is an experienced commercial litigation solicitor with almost 15 years’ post-qualification experience, but has worked in law since 2006 during which time has seen him mentioned in the coveted Legal 500 listings.

Based at Crossgate House in Sale, Anthony brings considerable experience advising clients of all sizes and across all sectors including high profile cases that will further bolster the firm’s current team; with particular experience in contractual and misrepresentation claims, civil fraud, injunctions, construction, repossession, insurance coverage disputes, adverse possession, breach of restrictive covenant claims, insolvency and mediation.

Commenting on this appointment, senior partner Chris Bishop (right) said: 'Anthony is a much-welcomed addition to our team and we are confident that we can continue to go from strength to strength with him on board.  It’s imperative that our team share the same vision and values to enable us to inform strategic decisions for our clients to ensure the best possible outcome and Anthony does just that.'

Anthony has a strong reputation for achieving quick and effective resolutions to even the most complex of commercial disputes and challenges.  Working closely with company directors, business owners, shareholders, creditors and debtors to enforce rights and protect business interests, Anthony is well versed in understanding all aspects of his client’s business to provide authoritative advice at each stage of negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.

Commenting on his appointment, Anthony added: 'The reputation that Slater Heelis holds is second to none and I am delighted to be joining the team at such a pivotal time as we all embrace strategic plans for growth over the coming 12 months.  Since joining the firm, I can already see there is a clear commitment to its people with a value proposition that allows the team to work smarter, work better and serve clients with unwavering support and I look forward to seeing how my career unfolds.'
