Social Security (Exemption from Claiming Retirement Pension) Regulations 2011 (SI 2011/1554)

Amend the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987, SI 1987/1968.

Ensure that customers who would be in receipt of certain working age benefits but for a fraud-related sanction can be awarded state pension without having to make a claim.
