The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant solicitor’s appeal against the imposition of conditions that he could not act as a sole practitioner, manager or owner, compliance officer for legal practice or compliance officer for finance and administration of any authorised body. The panel had imposed a necessary, proportionate and reasonable set of conditions.
