New managing director announced

Oxfordshire law firm Spratt Endicott has announced the appointment of Andrew Woods as its managing director.

Andrew (pictured, centre), who has been with Spratt Endicott since its founding in 2002, takes over from David Endicott, who has led the firm for the last 16 years. Andrew is currently the head of commercial property, and will continue in that role while also taking the reins as managing director. During his time at the firm, Spratt Endicott has expanded into four offices across three counties, in Banbury, Bicester, Buckingham, and its newest branch in Brackley.

David Endicott (left), who will remain as head of the private client team as well as sitting on the board, said: ‘Andrew has been a fantastic asset to Spratt Endicott ever since its formation. We are very fortunate to have someone of Andrew’s calibre so passionately committed to the firm. By appointing him as MD, we’re taking a proactive approach with a natural succession, while giving us the confidence that Spratt Endicott is being taken forward in an extremely safe and capable pair of hands.’

Andrew added: ‘I have a huge amount of respect for all that David has achieved for the firm, and as the new managing director, I am excited to be building on the success of the last 16 years.  We have an incredible team of talented people at Spratt Endicott, who work together to achieve great things for our clients. I am proud to have this opportunity and look forward to our future.’
