STEP launches specialist mediation certificate

The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) has launched a specialist mediation certificate. Its three-month programme comprises pre-course reading, a three-day face-to-face workshop and a written assignment. Enrolment is open for members and non-members until 28 January 2013 and workshops will take place in London, Guernsey and Jersey next March.
