Sara Morgan has been re-elected to represent the City of London constituency on the STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) England & Wales Regional Committee. She will continue to serve as deputy chair, supporting the committee in its work to promote excellence and collaboration across the trust and estate planning profession.
Her re-election highlights both the high regard in which she is held by peers and her ongoing commitment to STEP’s mission of advancing best practice and professional standards. STEP is the global professional body for practitioners in family inheritance and succession planning, with around 22,000 members across more than 100 countries. The England & Wales region alone represents 7,000 members across 24 branches and plays a key role in shaping policy, education and engagement with government, regulators and industry bodies.
Morgan, a director in Fieldfisher’s private client team, is widely recognised for her expertise in complex estate planning, trust structuring and cross-border matters. She has been an active member of STEP for many years and is highly committed to the organisation’s community.
Her colleagues congratulated her on the re-election and expressed confidence in her continued contributions to STEP and the wider profession.
