BT’s head of commercial disputes, Stephen O’Dowd, is to join Harbour Litigation Funding as a director of litigation funding

Stephen qualified at Addleshaw Goddard in 2000 before joining BT’s commercial litigation (UK) team in 2006.

Harbour’s chief executive, Brett Carron, says: “Stephen’s expertise and commercial experience, both in private practice and in-house, brings new strength to our team and will undoubtedly increase the number of cases that we fund and add to our success.”
