A dozen law firms have backed the Valuable 500, helping it reach its milestone of securing pledges from 500 global CEOs that their businesses are committed to putting disability inclusion on the leadership agenda.

Julie Norris, partner at Kingsley Napley (one of the 12 firms) and co-chair of the firm’s diff(ability) group, said: ‘While employers are conversant with the laws prohibiting discrimination against people with disabilities, the Valuable 500 initiative goes much further, in ensuring that businesses put diff-ability inclusion on the Board agenda and commit to increasing inclusion amongst their workforce.’
