Claimant lawyers are invited to the Legal Action Group’s (LAG) annual course on advanced actions against the police, taking place at Herbert Smith Freehill’s London office on Friday 8 November.
Led by trainers including Phillippa Kaufmann QC of Matrix Chambers and Heather Williams QC of Doughty Street, the six-hour course aims to bring practitioners up to speed on legal, procedural and funding developments in police law over the past year, and will include tips, strategy and tactics for taking cases against the police.
