Three appointments and three promotions sees firm strengthen leadership
Taylor Rose has announced a trio of senior appointments as part of its strategic growth across key practice areas. Daniel Addrison, Puja Dutta and Victoria Welsh join the firm in leadership roles, strengthening its commercial property, residential property, and immigration offerings.

Daniel Addrison joins as partner in the commercial property team, bringing over a decade of experience. Formerly a partner at Tollers in Stevenage, he will focus on supporting developers and investors while helping integrate services across Taylor Rose’s offices. He said he was ‘excited to help grow a dynamic and forward-thinking team’.

Puja Dutta has been appointed head of new build and shared ownership. With 18 years of experience, including a decade at partner level, she will lead efforts to expand the firm’s presence in the new build sector. Puja said she was ‘looking forward to building a strong team that delivers exceptional service’.

Victoria Welsh takes on the role of partner and head of business immigration, establishing a new team within the corporate commercial department. With 23 years in law and 13 in UK immigration, she previously founded the immigration department at Laytons LLP. Her team will advise on sponsor licences, work visas and compliance.

In addition to the new hires, the firm has also announced three internal promotions.

Patrick Ansell has been promoted to legal head of litigation after ten years with the firm. Patrick specialises in contentious property matters, professional negligence, debt recovery and breaches of contract.

David Webb has been appointed legal head of dispute resolution (injury), bringing over 20 years of experience in the credit hire and personal injury sectors acting for both claimants and defendants.

Meta Panchamia was promoted to director of dispute resolution in April. With over 25 years of experience, she has built a strong reputation in commercial litigation and insolvency.

Adrian Jaggard (pictured), CEO of Taylor Rose and its parent AIIC Group, commented: 'These appointments and promotions reflect our strategic focus on strengthening key areas of our business. As we continue to grow our offering and geographical presence in key areas,  it’s vital we invest in the right people. Each of these individuals brings exceptional expertise and leadership that will help us deliver even greater value to our clients and support our long-term strategic vision.'
