Taylor Rose—Vicki Maflin

Firm announces appointment of head of remortgage

Taylor Rose has promoted Vicki Maflin to head of remortgage, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in its residential property capability. Reporting to Ruben Perin, commercial director of residential property, Maflin will lead the development of the firm’s remortgage offering.

In her new role, Maflin will focus on expanding Taylor Rose’s lender client portfolio, increasing case volumes and profitability, and driving process improvements to support a streamlined customer journey. She brings nearly 20 years of specialist remortgage experience at the firm, having joined in 2005.

During her time at Taylor Rose, Maflin has played a key role in modernising the remortgage department, including launching and leading the remortgage case advisory team and helping scale the department to more than 100 employees. Most recently, she served as remortgage operations manager.

Adrian Jaggard, CEO of Taylor Rose and its parent AIIC Group, said Maflin has been ‘instrumental in shaping the remortgaging department into the high performing operation it is today’. Maflin said: ‘My ambition is to lead and motivate the team to be the best in the industry’, adding that it was ‘a privilege to step into this role after such a long and rewarding journey at Taylor Rose’.
