Banking and finance expert joins as a partner in London
Global law firm Taylor Wessing has announced the appointment of Matt Williams as a partner in its banking and finance team.
 
Matt joins the firm’s London office on April 7 from a leading international law firm where he advised on distressed debt, structured finance and special situations. 
 
A debts and equity multi specialist, Matt has particular experience on the buy and sell side transactions that occur through the active portfolio management activities of financial institutions. His experience also covers, loan sales, regulatory capital advice, litigation funding, sponsor side corporate work and private credit.
