Firms welcomes appointment to Romsey agriculture team

Law firm Thrings has boosted its agriculture team with the appointment of a newly qualified solicitor in its Romsey office.

As the latest addition to the team, Chloe Cosham acts for clients on a range of rural and agriculture matters, from the purchase and sale of property and land to leases and short-term tenancies. Her expertise also covers the registration and transference of unregistered land.

Having begun her traineeship at Knights, based in Newbury, Chloe completed seats in a variety of areas of law—including new homes, restructuring and insolvency, and commercial property—before joining Thrings to complete the last three months of her legal qualifications with the agriculture team.

Mark Charter, partner in the Thrings agriculture team said: ‘Chloe has been a brilliant addition to the team and has really hit the ground running in the short space of time she has been with us, building a strong rapport with our clients and ensuring they receive a well-rounded service by supporting colleagues from across the firm in a range of complicated matters.’

Managing partner Simon Holdsworth added: ‘It is fantastic to have Chloe continue at Thrings following the completion of her traineeship. We are proud to know that the work we do continues to attract talented individuals who want to be a part of the Thrings family, and I look forward to seeing Chloe’s legal career go from strength to strength.’
