From TLT’s Edinburgh office, Euan will work with the firm’s banking and restructuring team, providing commercially strategic legal guidance to all its banking clients, as well as a wide variety of businesses in the corporate marketplace.

Euan said: ‘Having acted for lenders and borrowers in the Scottish corporate and leveraged finance market for almost 20 years, I was very impressed by TLT’s client roster, approach and ambition. I’m joining a strong team in Scotland and across the UK at a very exciting time for the firm as they look to build upon an already substantial growth period.

‘I was also attracted by TLT’s unique culture and values, which I feel match my own and are a rare find in the legal industry. I look forward to working with the team to support the firm’s clients in the corporate lending and leveraged finance space during a significant time of change in the market.’
