Ward Hadaway—Richard Bradbury

Commercial property team strengthened with Manchester partner hire

Ward Hadaway has appointed Richard Bradbury as partner in its real estate team, further strengthening its commercial property expertise during a period of active expansion. Based in Manchester, Bradbury brings over ten years’ experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance and development matters.

Bradbury joins the firm to support growing client demand across key sectors including industrial, leisure, and healthcare. ‘I am excited to contribute to the expertise and stellar service which the real estate team and the wider firm have become renowned for,’ he said.

Kevin Weston, head of real estate, welcomed the hire, commenting: ‘His broad technical knowledge, commercial insight and proven ability to work across complex transactions make him an excellent fit for our growing client base.’

The move reinforces Ward Hadaway’s commitment to investing in senior talent and strengthening its regional footprint, particularly in the North West market.
