Willwriter gets ABS

Parchment Wills & Legal Services licensed by SRA

A non-solicitor firm has been licensed as an alternative business structure (ABS). Parchment Law Group, which trades as Parchment Wills and Legal Services, is the seventh ABS to be licensed by the Solicitors Regultion Authority (SRA). Its services include probate, willwriting, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and safe document storage. Last month, three-partner firm, Plainlaw Solicitors became the sixth firm to be licensed as an ABS  by the SRA.
