Commercial litigator appointed as director

Private client firm Wilsons Solicitors has welcomed Jenny Lau as its new director of legal with the property and commercial litigation team in the London office.

Jenny joins Wilsons after more than ten years at Fieldfisher, where she was a commercial dispute resolution director for the last year. She is highly experienced in litigation cases, with expertise spanning commercial contracts, pensions fraud, insolvency and professional negligence.

She commented: ‘These are exciting times for Wilsons and I am looking forward to being part of such an ambitious and expanding firm.’

Disputes partner Ben Thornton also stated: ‘We are delighted to be welcoming Jenny on board as a Director. Her experience handling challenging commercial disputes will be a great asset to the team. Jenny has advised on key commercial litigation cases in the past and her experience will further strengthen our offering to clients.’
