5 Essex Court has welcomed Emma Price to chambers, where she joins the specialist inquest and inquiry team.
Emma specialises in inquests and inquiries, as well as public law, human rights and civil liberties, and personal injury. Her inquest practice focuses on inquests into deaths in detention and custody, as well as military deaths. Emma represents both claimants and defendants in the Administrative Court in judicial review proceedings relating to prisons, asylum, immigration and human rights.
