Adam Blain—Pemberton Greenish

New addition for corporate team

Pemberton Greenish has expanded its corporate team with the recruitment of Adam Blain. Adam joins as a partner to work alongside Andrew Millett, who heads the team.

Adam specialises in company and commercial law, acting on non-contentious matters for individuals, companies, partnerships and limited liability partnerships in their business affairs. He acts for SMEs across a range of sectors including in real estate and IT and media, complimenting the skills of the existing team. He joins from CKFT where he was head of the corporate department, having been appointed as a partner at that firm in 1999.

Commenting on the appointment, Robert Barham, senior partner, says: "I am delighted to welcome Adam to the firm. His experience in a broad range of corporate advisory and transaction work further expands the team’s capabilities and will bring additional clients to the firm, both in the real estate and other sectors, consistent with our strategy to develop our business in three areas of specialisation: real estate; private wealth; and corporate."
