RPC has also appointed Tim Fogarty as a partner to head up its property litigation practice. Tim joins from Bevan Brittan. He has nearly 18 years of property litigation experience, having spent seven years at Clifford Chance and then eight years at Pincent Masons. Tim will be joined by existing colleague, Tara Goggin.
