Legal executive lawyer, Angela Kia, has been awarded this year’s Institute of Legal Executive’s (ILEX) Pro Bono medal

She was nominated for the medal by Home Workers Worldwide which, amongst other projects, helps asylum seekers receive free legal advice.

Home Workers Worldwide says: “Angela has helped people where they had previously found all doors closed; by offering her time to give free legal advice, she has enabled them to start their lives again.”
