Commercial & property litigator joins the team in Colchester

Essex firm Birkett Long has welcomed dispute resolution specialist Emma Jenkins to the Colchester office.

Emma, who qualified to practise in 2013, joins the firm from Giles Wilson Solicitors in Southend-on-Sea. She focuses her practice on property litigation, including boundary disputes, tenancy issues, and rights of way, she also offers broad experience in commercial litigation, contractual disputes and injunctive relief.

She commented: ‘This new opportunity is a very exciting one. It is refreshing to work within a team which collaborates to provide the best possible service to clients and has such a vast array of knowledge and specialisms.
